2) Starting cooperation and activating the account.
To obtain access to our offer and terms of cooperation, please create an account on our website malis.pl or send your inquiry by e-mail to hurt@malis.pl or contact us by phone: 612 504 747 or 607 246 013 8:00-16:00 (Mon-Fri).
To activate your account, please send us a copy of the following documents:
- Tax Identification Number
- REGON
- certificate of running a business or KRS
Please send the above documents by e-mail to hurt@malis.pl. Purchases on malis.pl are indicative. They require oral or written confirmation of the order by a Malis employee.
3) The order will be processed on the next working day immediately after the day on which the order was placed. If it is necessary to verify the order, it will be processed on the next working day immediately after the day on which it was verified. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received until stocks last. In the event of unavailability of some of the goods included in the order, the customer is informed (by phone or e-mail) about the status of the order and decides on the method of its implementation, extension of the waiting time or cancellation of the entire order.
4) The order processing time is 1-3 business days (we reserve that the processing time may be longer in exceptional cases, of which the Ordering Party will be informed). In the case of container orders, the delivery time is agreed individually with the customer.
5) The delivery time by the courier company should be added to the processing time. (up to 2 days).
6) The malis.pl store charges a flat fee covering the cost of sending the shipment to the customer, which is agreed individually with the customer depending on the size of the order. In the case of an order over PLN 2,000 net, the cost of sending the goods is borne by Malis.
7) Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week all year round. The malis.pl store reserves the right to introduce restrictions on the use of the store.
8) The person placing the order is obliged to fill out the "order form" fully and in accordance with the facts.
9) After the User places an order, he or she will receive an automatic response from malis.pl confirming the accepted order.
10) In each case, the malis.pl store reserves the right to verify the placed order and to cancel it in cases of justified doubts as to the reliability of such an order.
11) In case of doubt, it is assumed that the sales contract was concluded when the order began.
12) The prices of goods offered by the malis.pl online store are expressed in Polish zlotys and do not include VAT. The prices shown do not include flat-rate shipping costs.
13) The malis.pl store reserves the right to change the prices of goods on offer without notice.
14) The malis.pl store reserves the right to withdraw individual goods from the offer without prior notice.
15) The malis.pl store is not responsible for untimely delivery of parcels by the Polish Post or other courier companies.
16) Each transaction is confirmed by a VAT invoice.
17) Payment for the ordered goods may be made upon receipt of the goods or by bank transfer (prepayment to the account or according to a previously agreed payment deadline). Prepayment is made on the basis of a proforma invoice. The proforma invoice must be paid within 7 days from the date of issue. Otherwise, the invoice will be canceled and the order will be released from the reservation.
18) In the case of orders consisting of several goods and to be delivered in one shipment, the completion date will depend on the date malis.pl completes the last element of a given order, unless the parties decide otherwise.
19) Complaints regarding mechanical damage to the shipment occurring during transport will be considered only after preparing a damage report signed by the recipient and the supplier of the shipment. The complaint protocol is an essential and only document for us on the basis of which we accept complaints regarding mechanical damage. When receiving the parcel, check in the presence of the courier whether the goods have not been damaged. In case of damage or incompleteness, please notify the courierem protocol (the courier delivering the parcel has the second one). This report should include a detailed description of the damage to the goods. The courier leaves one of the copies with you. If, upon receipt of the shipment, a loss or damage is discovered that cannot be seen from the outside upon receipt, please contact the courier immediately to determine the condition of the shipment, but no later than within 7 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. Then please contact us as soon as possible and inform us about any problems with your order.
20) In case of any complaints, please consult malis.pl by mail or by phone. When submitting a complaint, please provide the name and surname of the ordering party, order number and describe the item complained about.
21) Pursuant to the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product, you can cancel without giving a reason within 10 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. This is only possible if the product is not damaged or used in any way. Malis.pl will refund the product price, shipping costs and other incidental costs are not refundable. The user makes the return at his own expense.
22) In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply. Act of March 2, 200 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product.
23) Personal data protection in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on Personal Data Protection, Journal of Laws Paragraph No. 133, item 883/."
24) Every effort has been made to ensure that the descriptions, technical data and prices of goods available in the store are true and up-to-date. However, the store is not responsible for incorrectly providing the parameters and properties of the goods, or their sudden change by the manufacturer, as well as for software errors that cannot be detected in advance and may cause distortions in the descriptions and information about the product.
25) The number of products offered in the store is variable and is constantly updated.
