Providing personal data and consent to their processing are completely voluntary. Any personal data provided to us is processed only to the extent and for the purpose to which you have consented. However, if you decide not to provide us with the data necessary to process the order and do not consent to their processing, unfortunately we will not be able to process your order.

The Administrator has registered with the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (hereinafter referred to as GIODO) a data set called malis.pl, which can be found in the book number R/040785/14.
II. How do we protect your personal data?
At the same time as registering with GIODO, the Administrator has implemented a personal data security policy and an IT system security policy in malis.pl, which ensure effective protection of your personal data.
The most important elements of the personal data protection system include:
A. GeoTrust Rapid SSL Certificate. It guarantees that communication between your computer and malis.pl is encrypted with a 256-bit key.
B. Access to your personal data is available only to those malis.pl employees who have been trained in accordance with the personal data security policy and have signed appropriate obligations obliging them to protect it.
C. The malis.pl IT system meets all personal data protection standards.
Technical and organizational measures have been applied to ensure the protection of processed data in accordance with the requirements specified in the provisions on the protection of personal data, including the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of April 29, 2004 on the documentation of the processing of personal data and the technical and organizational conditions they should meet. devices and IT systems used to process personal data (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024) and the guidelines of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.
The administrator has fulfilled all legal obligations regarding the protection of personal data.
Why and what personal data do we ask for?
A. Registration
During registration, please provide the data necessary to create an account at malis.pl, so you do not have to waste time filling out the entire order form again with each subsequent purchase. By registering, you save time and money, because registered customers participate in the loyalty program and receive discounts for previously made purchases.
After logging in, a registered customer can also verify the status of the order placed and the history of purchases made. A registered and logged in customer can correct, supplement or completely delete data from malis.pl at any time.
During registration, please:
name and surname - necessary for us to later issue a sales document and address the shipment;
address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) - necessary for us to address the parcel later;
e-mail – necessary for logging in to malis.pl and communication related to the use of malis.pl;
telephone number – necessary when selecting some delivery methods (required by carriers)
The data provided during registration is processed exclusively by malis.pl and is not used in any other way.
B. Placing an order
When placing an order, please provide us with the data necessary to complete the order, which in the case of registered and logged in customers is partially downloaded automatically from the data provided during registration.
When placing an order, please provide:
1. name and surname or name of the company/institution - necessary to issue a sales document and address the shipment;
2. address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) - necessary to address the parcel;
3. e-mail – necessary for communication related to the execution of the order;
4. telephone number – necessary if you select someother delivery methods (required by carriers).
If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses delivery to an address other than the one indicated when registering or placing the order, please additionally provide:
1. name and surname or name of the company/institution - necessary for us to address the parcel;
2. address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) - necessary to address the parcel;
3. telephone number of the recipient of the shipment - necessary when selecting some delivery methods (required by carriers).
If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses to issue a sales document with data other than those indicated during registration or placing the order, please additionally provide:
1. name and surname or name of the company/institution - necessary to issue a sales receipt;
2. address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) - necessary to issue a proof of sale;
3. NIP number – necessary to issue a proof of sale.
The data provided when placing an order is processed by malis.pl and the following entities to the extent specified below:
1. name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address indicated as the delivery address are provided to transport companies in the form of a label/waybill, which is also an order to deliver the shipment, depending on the selected type of shipment.

C. Newsletter subscription
If you subscribe to the newsletter and consent to receiving it during the registration or ordering process, please only provide your e-mail address to which commercial information from the Administrator will be sent, which you can unsubscribe from at any time by logging in to your account at malis.pl or by clicking the unsubscribe link located in the footer of each newsletter.
The data provided when subscribing to the newsletter is processed by malis.pl and the following entities:

A. malis.pl (server)
The IT system used by malis.pl automatically collects in logs data related to the device you use to connect to malis.pl. This data is collected only for statistical purposes and concerns: device type, operating system, web browser type, screen resolution, color depth, IP, Internet service provider, or entry address to malis.pl and is used only in the optimization process of malis.pl. in order to ensure the greatest possible comfort of use.
These data are never combined with the data referred to in Part III and only constitute material for statistical analysis and mechanisms for correcting system errors.
B. malis.pl (cookies)
malis.pl uses "cookies" technology, i.e. text files placed on your device, to enable malis.pl to recognize you and adapt malis.pl to your needs.

1. remembering login (the session lasts 30 minutes, after which the cookie is deleted);
2. remembering the contents of your basket (the session lasts 30 days, after which the cookie is deleted);

Therefore, we recommend that you verify each of our partners on your own and decide whether you want to entrust them with your personal data.

VII. Change of security policy of malis.pl
malis.pl reserves the right to change the privacy policy if required by applicable law, the technological conditions of operation of malis.pl change or the change introduces a standard higher than the minimum required by law.
Malis.pl will notify you about such a change electronically (to the e-mail address provided during registration). The notification will be sent at least 30 days before the new privacy policy enters into force.
