Complaints

Dear Client,
If the purchased item has a defect, you can complain about the product by sending an e-mail to: hurt@malis.pl or directly to your customer representative.
To consider a complaint, we need as much information as possible about the product defect and a photo or short video showing the damage.
Possible complaint solutions include: repair, replacement or refund of the purchased goods.
Mechanical damage and transport damage are not subject to complaints.
